1. POLITICAL PAWNS: March For Our Lives Funded by the DNC Pretending To Be Unaffiliated Taxpayers
  2.
  3. The news headlines are dominated by the March For Our Lives demonstration in Washington D.C., with the narrative being that it was grassroots protest organized by "students" following the Parkland shooting. But this is far from grassroots, and far from organized by any student. We dug through FEC filings and tax records to determine who is pushing the gun control agenda.
  4.
  5. The March for our Lives website does its best to present itself as a resource for information about the demonstration. However, when you begin to dig into their "donate" links and other information in their FAQ, it becomes clear that March For Our Lives is being organized and funded by Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund.

  9. Everytown is a nonprofit organization that was founded by former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Bloomberg, a notorious liberal who endorsed Hillary Clinton at the 2016 Democratic National Convention, founded Everytown to "match the National Rifle Association in political influence."

  13. According to Form 990 records, Everytown's fundraisers include events hosted by Lisa Presta, who has also hosted events such as DCCC Women's Power Lunch with Nancy Pelosi, and Jackie Brot Weinberg, whose name has come up in the Clinton Foundation email leaks.

  23.
  24. Everytown has also made contributions to ActBlue per these reports. ActBlue bills itself as "the online clearinghouse for Democratic action." It was founded in part by a man named Benjamin Rahn; one look at his twitter profile shows his political affiliations pretty quickly. Everytown is using ActBlue as their platform for accepting donations.

  29.
  30. ActBlue also acts as a funnel for MediaMatters. MediaMatter’s has a stated mission of "comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media".

  33.
  34. MediaMatters has also been known to rely on the work of the Bloomberg School of Public Health. And if you recall, Bloomberg founded Everytown.

  38.
  39. MediaMatters was created partially by David Brock with the help of the Center for American Progress. David Brock also founded Correct the Record, a super PAC which was heavily criticized during the 2016 election for paying people to defend Clinton in various online discussions, a practice many have denounced as an example of “astroturfing.”

  42.
  43. The Center for American Progress was founded as a “left leaning think tank” that was designed to be an alternative to the Heritage Foundation. The first president and CEO was John Podesta, who still serves on the board of directors. Podesta was the chairman of the 2016 Clinton campaign and was Chief of Staff to Bill Clinton in the mid 90s.

  46.
  47. And to put a pin in it, MediaMatters has also made donations to American Bridge 21st Century, a liberal super PAC who has also received funding from the likes of George Soros, the billionaire notorious for his globalist agenda supported by Hillary Clinton.

  52. Long story short, this “grassroots campaign” is anything but. It’s being bankrolled by some of the most influential political groups in the world, yet somehow we’ve been led to believe it was organized by students.
